Since Etsy’s launch in June, 2005, over 100,000 sellers from around the world have opened up Etsy shops. Etsy is an online marketplace for buying & selling all things handmade. You are allowed to sell handmade goods made by you, supplies for crafters and vintage items, 20 years or older.
Keep in mind handmade doesn’t necessarily mean ‘low tech.’ You can sell photographs, items made via sewing machine or lathe, you can even manipulate an item to create an entirely new piece and it would be allowed.
The opportunities for the creative person are limitless, and the selling fees low. This makes Etsy a very attractive place to sell your products.
